These are the harvests we can never promise in advance. A few hundred kilos from a plot that takes half a day to reach, from trees nobody planted in rows.

Because the volumes are small, we keep each one separate all the way through grinding, so a limited block genuinely tastes like one place and one week of picking.

Buying this way costs more and yields less. It is also the only way these growers get paid properly for cacao that would otherwise be sold by weight into a commodity pile.
