On the pack

Stone ground raw ceremonial cacao

Nothing added, nothing removed — whole bean stone ground at low temperature so the cacao butter, aroma and theobromine stay intact. Each 250 g pack carries its own batch lot number so you can pull up the exact certificate of analysis behind it.

The ritual collection

The practice, explained

We never press out cacao butter. The intact 50–55% fat fraction carries fat-soluble aromatics and slows theobromine uptake, giving a long, level lift instead of a spike and crash.
